Label format
Recommendations learn from the interactions themselves. Matching needs examples of known correct pairs (incoming record → master record ID).

Tips for good results
- More interactions per person means sharper recommendations.
- Add item attributes so brand-new items can be recommended.
- Write structured records as 'field: value | field: value' for matching.
